Shipping Myths and Hidden Fees
The idea of guaranteed shipping is an industry myth. Regardless of how diligent a carrier is, freight gets lost, mislaid, damaged, and stolen. Shipment tracking has improved with GPS technology, but not to the point where it's 100 percent reliable. Freight passes through too many hands between point A and point B to be guaranteed. The best you can do is to find a trade show shipping company you can trust, (like Opus Solutions) and then stick with it. APEX: Industry Best Practices Guide Update

As part of APEX, the goal is to standardize the event industry in a number of areas, as well as provide tools and templates for use industry-wide.
