Shipping Myths and Hidden Fees
The idea of guaranteed shipping is an industry myth. Regardless of how diligent
a carrier is, freight gets lost, mislaid, damaged, and stolen. Shipment
tracking has improved with GPS technology, but not to the point where it's 100
percent reliable. Freight passes through too many hands between point A and
point B to be guaranteed. The best you can do is to find a trade show shipping
company you can trust, (like Opus Solutions) and then stick with it.
Become a smart customer, know what questions to ask, then ask them every time.
You can't ask your carriers about potential problems if you don't know they
exist. Read about potential pitfalls to avoid (and then be sure to call Opus to
help on your next program! - Lesli McKibben, 971-223-1107)

It's 8 p.m., and Mary is still at the office. Sighing as she answers her final

hired to do," she grumbles. "Instead of the project and people management I
