On May 14, following the judging by 20 brand-side marketers, Event Marketer magazine announced the winners of the 2007 Ex Awards. Opus Solutions was thrilled to take home to award for Best Multi-Venue Business-to-Business Event for our work on the Global Launch of Cisco TelePresence.
The launch of Cisco TelePresence, a revolutionary collaboration technology, was arguably one of the most important product launches in the company’s history. Cisco TelePresence, developed in-house, is the latest demonstration of Cisco’s industry-leading innovation and heritage as a total communications provider. The event was held consecutively in London, New York, San Jose, and Hong Kong on October 23-24, 2006, and provided a hands-on, in-person view at this amazing technology for Cisco’s key customers. Attendance was almost 100%, and there were hundreds of press mentions within two weeks of the event.

Now, however, according to a new study released by PKF Hospitality Research (PKF-HR), there is growing evidence that the imbalance may be coming to an end.
