China World Hotel - Beijing, China

The China World Hotel is a beautiful facility located in the heart of Beijing’s business district, complete with regal high ceilings, marble pillars and grand chandeliers.

Meeting space inside the main hotel can accommodate groups of up to 1000 (theater) in the grand ballroom. There are also numerous rooms for breakouts on the main conference level, as well as one floor below in the arcade level. There is also a large adjoining convention space facility (China World Exhibition Centre) next to the main hotel.

Catering is above average, and the chefs are easily able to accommodate many special needs diets and Western-type menus for attendees. There are also multiple restaurants in this hotel property to suit many different tastes.

One note of caution – before signing any contracts, ensure that the fine print is thoroughly combed through and understood. As the contract is developed by an Asian corporation, agreements and contracts for meeting space, room blocks, and catering, can be worded and structured differently than standard US contracts.
