Combining 23 years of experience in the events and marketing industry, First Contact, Stealth Services Worldwide and Independence Day Productions joined together in May 2003 to create Opus Solutions, the leader in integrated event solutions.

Producing attendee-focused events with exceptionally detailed management made for a strong combination. Our clients found their events were not only more organized and cost efficient, but that their overall attendee experience had been enhanced as well.

Our History

The roots of Opus Solutions in the event production and meeting management industry go back to 1981. We started as producers of regionally based, high-tech tradeshows.

In 1993 the division First Contact was formed to offer meeting management services to outside clients. The skills of producing and managing our own shows easily transferred to the management of client-owned programs and we found success in this space of the industry from day one. First Contact rose to be a star in the industry. We developed a strong client base with companies such as Cisco Systems, Adobe Systems, Microsoft and Network Associates.

Stealth Services Worldwide set a new standard in the freight forwarding and event services industry. Stealth ensured our clients were informed and confident that their event properties would arrive on time and on budget. Through client demand, full event services such as I & D, Storage, AV, Computer Rental and more were added to the list of services, creating a one-stop shop for event logistics.

Independence Day Productions, created in 2002, came into the industry full-force. Managed by tradeshow veterans, this division was established with the philosophy of creating events and experiences to fuel the economy and brands. Creating proprietary events and the first airport sponsorship marketing program of its kind, IDP changed the way events and experiences impact the industry.
